Chocolate Eau Claire
Crust Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
Heat water and butter until boiling. Add flour and mix until it forms a ball. Add eggs one at a time and mix in the mixer until smooth. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool.
2 cups pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip and Vanilla.
Chocolate Ingredients:
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter
Melt chocolate with butter. Add 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar and stir.
Ingredients:
1 pound of strawberries sliced
3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs beaten
1 cup pecans chopped
